STEM Farm Summer Camp
At the STEM Farm Summer Camp on a working farm, elementary students spend their days digging in the soil, planting seeds, and learning how fruits and vegetables grow and ways to preserve food. Campers harvest fresh produce and learn the basics of food preservation through hands-on activities such as making jam and pickling cucumbers. By the end of the week, children leave with muddy boots and a deeper appreciation for the hard work and care that goes into growing and saving food.
